when a new file is added to a folder make sure the number of files/folders in the watched folder does not exceed 4000. in dropbox , creates a new entry in Wufoo for a form and data you select.

How to set the workflow up

  • Select Dropbox as your trigger app and select an event
  • Select Wufoo as your action app and select an event
  • Map the fields from Dropbox to Wufoo by using drag-and-drop
  • Save and test your workflow
  • Switch on your workflow
