You heard about Facebook Lead Ads and that people get good results from it. Your Google Adwords are also getting very expensive and you have decided to give Facebook Lead Ads a try.
After going through all the trouble of setting it up you finally have a nice form and you want to get your leads as they sign up. Your leads start coming but strangely enough they don't convert to customers. Every day you diligently log in and download your leads but the sales do not come.
You then find this this article, posted by Facebook on Facebook Business and realise that you need to follow up on a lead within 5 minutes to stand a chance of turning him into a customer.
Turning to the internet you search for options and see that there are apps like Zapier, Automate.io and more that can send you this information, but they are expensive
..and then you stumble on to Stargate365, inexpensive and capable of sending your lead data to Gmail, Outlook, most other Email apps, Slack, Wunderlist and other apps and to Databases like MySQL, MS SQL Server and other databases inexpensively.
..and now you need to set it up to send the lead to Gmail..
So, how do you do it? You start by signing up for a free Stargate365 account.
Select Facebook Lead Ads as trigger and Gmail as action
Then click on Create your workflow
Select Facebook event
Select new lead
Select Facebook account
Select Add an new account
Authorize Stargate365 to use your Facebook account
You then need to go through the steps to authorize your account for Stargate365 access
Copy and paste authorization
Select Facebook Page
Select Facebook form
View Facebook fields
Save and test Facebook
Click on Save
Then click on Test this step
..and finally, click on Close
This completes the setup for Facebook Lead Ads
Select Gmail Event
Click on Gmail on the left
Click on the Select an event dopdown
Click on New Send Email
Select Gmail account
Click on Add a new account
Authorize Stargate365 to use your Gmail account
Copy Authorization back to Stargate365
Click on Auto-Copy and paste to paste the code
Connect the Facebook fields to the Gmail fields
Save and test
Click on Save
Click on test this step
After ther test has completed, click on Close
Finally, switch on the stargate at the top of the screen
Switch workflow on
