Surfstats Software Privacy Policy Statement

This privacy statement explains what personal data Surfstats Software collects from you and how we use that data. We take the security of your data seriously. Below are listed how the Stargate365 Automation Service accesses, uses, stores or shares user data of third party applications from Google, Facebook, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Shopify, Microsoft, Wunderlist, Slack, Todoist, Trello, MySQL and other third parties.

Third-Party Payment Processor

Surfstats Software uses third party payment processors to process payments for us. We do not have access to your credit card information.

Third-Party Service Automation

Stargate365 Automation Service allows you to integrate and create commands for various online Third-Party Application and Services. You may need to log into Third-Party Services to approve and authenticate. We will collect and store relevant information necessary to enable the Automation Service to access Third-Party Services. The manner in which Third-Party Services use, store and disclose your information is governed by the policies of such Third-Party Services, and Surfstats Software shall have no liability or responsibility for the privacy practices or other actions of any Third-Party Services that may be enabled within the Service. 

The only actions that the Stargate365 Automation Services does on your accounts at approved third party apps are those necessary to run the workflows you created.

Data We Collect

All data collected are used to operate our business and for the providing the Stargate365 Automation Service to you. You provide some of this data directly, such as when you create an account, administer your organization's licensing account, or contact us for support. We get some of it by recording how you interact with our products by, for example, using technologies like cookies, and receiving error reports or usage data from software running on your device. Cookies allow us, among other things, to store your preferences and settings; enable you to sign-in; combat fraud; and analyse how our websites and online services are performing. We may also obtain data from third parties. 

Raw low-level request logs and Task History are stored for 7 days. These logs are available to all Surfstats Software employees as needed for service support.

We do not share your data with anyone. You have full control over how you share your data to other parties through the Service.

The Stargate365 Automation Service is fully GDPR compliant.


We take many steps to ensure your private information and account credentials are safe. If you find a security problem, please contact us so we can fix it.

We use encrypted connections (SSL) to transfer data where possible via and external API services.

Account access credentials (Login names, Passwords, API keys and Tokens) are encrypted with 256 bit RC4 and are stored in a password protected database behind a firewall. We do not have access to your passwords and you would have to create a new password if you forget it.
